Yes! We offer FREE delivery and pickup within a 15km radius of our Alor Setar office (including Anak Bukit, Kuala Kedah, Pekan Rabu, Pokok Sena). Locations beyond that (Jitra, Sungai Petani, Kulim, Kuala Kedah ferry terminal for Langkawi) incur a minimum charge of RM 30.

Just three things: (1) A valid driving license — Malaysian or international, (2) Original IC or passport, and (3) Your deposit (credit card, debit card, cash, or DuitNow). We'll prepare a simple agreement on the spot and you can drive off.

Cars are handed over with a full tank (full-to-full). You only need to return it with the same full tank. If it's not full, we charge the current fuel price plus an RM 20 service fee. Simple and fair.

Absolutely! You can drive across Peninsular Malaysia. For Langkawi, you can take the ferry from Kuala Kedah (ferry charges are paid by you). Please notify us in advance if you plan to cross into Thailand or Singapore — we'll arrange cross-border insurance.

Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — full refund. Cancel within 24 hours: 50% refund. No-show: no refund (deposit forfeited). One free reschedule allowed, subject to car availability.

Daily package: 200km/day, additional km charged at RM 0.30/km. Weekly & Monthly packages: unlimited mileage. If you're planning a long road trip (e.g. KL–Penang–Kedah), the Weekly package is the most cost-effective.

The renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period. We will email you the fine plus an RM 20 admin fee when the car is returned or when the fine is issued. You can pay JPJ / PDRM directly, or we can deduct it from your deposit.
